Our story
Inaya Healthcare was established in October 2020 to give hospitals a reliable, clinically led partner they could depend on. Since then we have worked with NHS trusts and independent hospitals across the North West of England.
Our role is practical. We help hospitals maintain and grow clinical capacity, keep their services organised, and plan the facilities they will need in the future. We work quietly in the background so that care continues without interruption.
We are now building on that foundation. Our Vision 2030 sets out how we will use technology and new services to widen our contribution to UK healthcare.

Mr Nasir Iqbal

Mr Nasir Iqbal leads Inaya Healthcare as its director. He is a consultant general, laparoscopic and colorectal surgeon with more than two decades of surgical experience in the UK and Ireland.
He completed a fellowship in laparoscopic colorectal surgery at Tallaght Hospital, Dublin, before taking up his first consultant post in 2012. In the North West of England, he has held consultant positions at Salford Royal and at Wrightington, Wigan and Leigh NHS Foundation Trusts, where he led the development of minimally invasive surgery. He later worked with independent providers including Ramsay Health Care, Spire Healthcare and HCA Healthcare UK.
He has also been a surgical trainer, Senior Lecturer and MRCS examiner. That first-hand experience of how hospitals run shapes the way Inaya Healthcare works with its partners.
